the first 2/5 of the avatar blanket!! (fifths, because the trim between all the panels is going to take about as much time as another whole panel. XD)
so you can tell i did earth first because it looks really wonky. when i started, i had no idea what kind of tension the panel would need, so it's really bunched up and wavy toward the bottom but it chillaxes (yes, chillaxes) at the top. i'm pretty sure that will resolve itself after i wash it. and fire looks much better because i was getting the hang of things by the time i started on it. they might otherwise look a little warped because they don't lay completely flat yet. i used awesome yarn for the fire panel, though, so it's incredibly soft already, even before washing.  water is next!note: I DID NOT COME UP WITH THIS AWESOME IDEA KIM DID SHE IS SO COOL GO FIND THE PATTERN HERE. do not tell me how amazing i am; i am merely the conduit for this brand of coolness. go tell kim. she's rockin'. avatar and imagery (c) nickelodeon pattern (c) ~kimby |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
